Affirmations: Suggestions & Methods


Affirmations help us to establish the belief system we want. Thought is creative. Your thoughts produce the results you get in your life. Positive thoughts PRODUCE positive results. Negative thoughts PRODUCE negative results.

The way to change your results and your life, therefore, is to change negative thoughts to positive thoughts by the process of affirmations. An AFFIRMATION is a positive thought that you consciously choose to immerse in your being by the process of repetition to produce a desired "new result" in your life.
